Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, NC.
Deborah is riding the FEI Para Equestrian Dressage Grade V Intro B test.
During this test no background music is allowed nor are any verbal commands permitted
between rider and horse. The only permitted exception is an assistant (Sara Toolin) who
is calling aloud the letters as Deborah and Cornet Noir navigate the test movements.

MASTER OF MUSIC DEGREE IN PIANO PERFORMANCE
After becoming blind, I returned to the University of Missouri-Columbia to complete my Master of Music degree in piano performance. I launched a successful career as a free-lance pianist, performing at more than 125 events in the Governor’s Mansion and at numerous corporate and social events in Missouri.
BRAVO PERFORMANCES
As a music educator for 28 years, I owned and operated my business, Bravo Performances LLC, an independent piano studio for students of all ages and all skill levels. I was an active member of Music Teachers National Association and a Past President of the Mid-Missouri Area Music Teachers Association. I maintain my status as a Music Teachers National Association Permanent Professional Certified Teacher of Music in Piano. According to this organization’s record, I am the only blind music educator to have achieved this level of success.

As a motivational speaker, I design and customize programs around equestrian principals to educate, inspire, and motivate my listeners to achieve personal happiness and professional success. I am available to speak and perform for corporate and social organizations.
